In addition to our daily local deliveries, we ship anywhere in Canada with DHL, UPS, and Canada Post. We ship, and deliver locally directly from our warehouse.

We usually deliver within the same day or up to 24 business hours.

Pay on arrival option is only available for Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, and Beaumont. Once you enter your city in the city field on the checkout page, you get an option to choose: "Pay on arrival". If you select it, you can skip the online payment, and pay only upon receiving your items. We accept Cash, E-transfer, Debit/credit, and Cheques to be made to: Belleza Beauty Tools and Supplies Ltd.

No, we do not ship internationally at the moment. Please contact us for any product needed shipped internationally to discuss options, and cost.

For shipped items, you will be provided with a tracking number, and a link to track your orders.

We offer free delivery in greater Edmonton on orders over $150. Free delivery/shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $500. You can find the shipping and delivery cost, and select your options on the checkout page.

For local deliveries, yes, you can cancel your order by calling (780) 807-4907 before you receive the order. For orders that require shipping, you still can cancel and you can get refunded only before the shipment is on its way. Once the shipment exit our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel the order or to make any refund.
